Job Description
We are excited to announce our opportunity for a Nurse Manager for Assisted Living at our Lino Lakes campus who will report to the Director of Health Services. This non-exempt, Full-time position will be M-F from 6:30am with flexibility.
Duties
Partners with Director of Health Services to assure compliance including audits and regulatory guidlines
Work closely with the staffing coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Conducting assessments per regulations
Staff education/training
work together with leadership to provide guidance to after hours triage
Working closely with residents and families to corrdinate care
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a current, unencumbered MN RN license.
A minimum of two years of direct nursing experience in a long-term care, Home Health, or Assisted Living setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Eldermark experience a plus.
Must have supervisory experiance.
