Lyngblomsten Care Center, located near in the charming Como Park neighborhood in St. Paul,has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Cook and Stock Clerk.
Responsibilities include:
Prepares, and pulls food for breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the menu, production sheet, and recipes provided
Maintains acceptable standards of preparation, sanitation and storage of food
Cleans work area and equipment as needed, and according to assigned cleaning schedule, stores leftover hot foods
Keeps logs of inventory and makes notes of needs
Other assigned duty by Dietary Manager
Qualifications included:
Working knowledge of quantity food preparation
Related public health and sanitation regulations, and safety practices
Minimum of 1-year experience in Food Service of a Health Care Facility
Basic understanding of modified diets.
Ability to read, write, and count in English.
