About: The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is looking for a part time receptionist to join our fun and caring team! With ideal hours of 9am-5:30pm on weekends, this could be a perfect fit for you!

The posted pay range of this hourly position is $16.37 to $19.45. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls
Welcome guests
Assist guests with various inquiries
Direct questions to correct departments
Give guests and residents direction

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task different responsibilities
Previous receptionist experience preferred
